Do HGH Boosters Work

Benefits of HGH Boosters – How Effective are They?

In the fitness world, everyone wants to improve performance, increase muscle mass and reduce fat.

There are far too many products and companies wanting you to spend money on their supplements. Most companies claim there products work however, there are many advocates that say that HGH boosters don’t work at all.

If I were to use a similar scenario and tell you, don’t eat fruit and vegetables anymore because they do not contain the same nutritional value that they did 40 years ago.

If I told you that you would probably tell me to go jump in a lake somewhere.

Many recent claims say that the soil used to farm our food has less mineral content today which reduces the overall nutritional value of the foods we eat today. Sure, it could be slightly depleted but not completely, which is why we still continue to consume them.

HGH production

Many of us consume different dietary supplements, most of them are vitamins and mineral supplements however, sometimes we tend to overlook the more important ones.

HGH production is essential for health, especially as we get older. If we don't produce enough it can cause you to age quicker and cause other health problems.

Why is HGH important?

HGH production reaches its peak during adolescence and begins to fall sharply when men and women reach their mid-forties, not enough HGH can cause a series of problems.

Problems caused by low HGH include:

  • Loss of muscle mass
  • Fatigue
  • Weight gain
  • Osteoporosis
  • Senility
  • Lack of sex drive
  • Lower life expectancy

HGH booster supplements

Supplements are much different than food, and there are many critics that claim there is no benefit from taking them.

I can recall similar statements years ago about vitamins, yet many of us still take them, recently HGH “human growth hormone supplements “have become very popular and in spite of their popularity, there are many critics claiming they offer no benefit.

Benefits of HGH boosters

If you are someone who believes that HGH boosters don’t work, you may as well stop taking your whey protein and any other supplement because most supplements in the eyes of the critics don’t work period!

The same thing was said about Creatine back in the early 80s yet it is now a widely used in sports supplements.

HGH boosters have many ingredients that can have a positive effect on boosting HGH levels which can contribute to your health.

What I should point out is that some people believe that taking an HGH booster can increase human growth hormone beyond normal levels.

This is not true.

The job of an HGH booster is to restore HGH back to within normal ranges and help keep it there.

Ingredients found in popular HGH boosters include:

  • L –Glutamine
  • L-Arginine
  • Maca Root
  • Mucuna Pruriens
  • Alpha GPC (Alpha Glycerol Phosphoryl Choline)
  • Hawthorne Berry
  • 5 HTP (5 Hydroxy-Tryptophan)

L- Glutamine plays a key role in protein synthesis which is extremely important for muscle synthesis and growth, glutamine can also be found in small amounts in the lungs and brain, in fact, glutamine has been used for medical purposes in patients who are suffering from muscle-deteriorating diseases such as cancer and HIV because of its impact it can have on muscle growth.

L-Arginine is an essential amino acid found in humans, L-Arginine plays a very important role in cell division, it is essential to help heal wounds, it also helps eliminate ammonia from the body and improves immune function and regulates the release of hormones.

Maca root helps naturally increase hormones in both men and women, it also boosts energy, stamina focus, and sexual function.

Mucuna Pruriens is a powerful energy booster and helps increase endurance

Alpha GPC (Alpha Glycerol Phosphoryl Choline) this is probably one of the more important ingredients in any HGH booster, Alpha GPC has been used to treat cognitive disorders such as stroke and Alzheimer’s, Alpha GPC is responsible for fast delivery of choline to the brain which is vital to the bodies central nervous system.

Hawthorne berry helps maintain a strong and healthy heart and helps regulate blood pressure levels.

5 HTP (5 Hydroxy-Tryptophan) is a naturally occurring amino acid that has been used as an appetite suppressant, antidepressant and sleep aid and is the key ingredient in HGH X2 booster, which is responsible for improving sleep patterns.

As you can see the ingredients listed above can have a significant impact on our body, HGH secretion is regulated by the pituitary gland and secretion is at its highest level when we are sleeping.

When you combine L Arginine, L-Glutamine and 5 HTP are important for both regulating hormone levels and improving sleep cycles which are important for continued HGH production.

Conclusion

To take an HGH booster is completely your decision, most will argue that they will not work, and that's ok.

I am still sold on them, sure there are many other ways you can increase HGH levels.

Some of these include high-intensity training, fasting and losing weight, but if HGH levels are too low,  a quality HGH booster may be all you need to bring those levels back to normal.
